Cancellation Policy/Late Arrivals

At Ateliers113 Salon, we strive to provide our guests with the highest quality service and therefore must protect the time of your service providers and respect other guests scheduled appointment times.  Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Ateliers113 Salon has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients may reschedule
or cancel any upcoming appointments free of charge, so long as they do so at
least 24 hours before said appointment(s). Cancellations less than 24 hours
before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge. Failure
to attend an existing appointment without giving the salon any notice (no call
no show) will result in a 100% service charge. RIGHT TO SERVICE: Service
providers reserve the right to refuse service for guests with excessive or subsequent last-minute cancellations or no shows. Guests arriving late, 10 minutes or greater may besubject to a shortening of service offerings or a rescheduling of your appointment.

Service Deposits

Ateliers113 Salon requires up to 50% deposit fee for all appointments that

  • Color corrections
  • When booking appointments for weddings and special events
  • Keratin straightening treatments (Brazilian and Cezanne)
  • Hair Extensions.

The deposit will be credited towards the total cost of service when checking
out. For large group bookings (such as wedding parties, homecoming / prom groups, etc.),
extra time and preparation is needed to make sure we have the space and amenities
needed to make your time with us one you’ll always remember. We require that you notify
us at least 72 hours in advance of any cancellations or changes you need to make to your
scheduled appointment. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 72 hours
notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% the service price per guest.

Credit Card Policy/Tipping

New and returning clients are required to have a credit card on file to secure
their appointment. Ateliers113 Salon accepts cash, checks, and all major debit
and credit cards. Gratuity is required for our stylists and is customarily 10-
20% of your service. We do not accept gratuity tips on debit or credit cards.
Gratuity tips left via check must be made out to cash or the stylists name
(gratuity can also be left for stylists using cash, Zelle, or the Venmo app).

Consultations/Guarantee of Service

Whether you are making big changes or are new to our salon, our mission is to
achieve the best results possible. We encourage you to book a 30-minute
consultation with any of our stylists to go over and plan out all wants, needs,
and concerns about your hair. Consultations have a $40 -$60 fee depending on service and/or stylist, that will go towards your service when you book, if your service is preformed the same day, then the consultation is included. Clients must arrive on time for their appointment so the consultation with their stylist will be in depth and not rushed. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of any service, please notify us no later than 1 week after the original appointment and we will consult with you to determine how we can make the appropriate adjustments. We allow all guests 1 complementary “adjustment” appointment, which must be booked with the original stylist who performed the service, since all stylists are independent. If you wish to return with a
different stylist, you will be required to pay their rate or the difference depending on the situation.


By booking an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking, cancellation, and deposit policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.

Product Return Policy


  • Unless defective, any used or opened products are not eigible for return or exchange.
  • UNOPENED products purchased that are in original packaging can be exchanged
  • or returned within 10 days of purchase to the original form of payment.
    Unless defective, all used brushes, combs, or hard tools may not be returned. All accessories are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable.
